Company Policy

* A valid credit card is required for all rentals as well as a signed contract to
validate the contract.

* Deposits are non refundable.

*All non returned items are subject to replacement fees. This also includes all
hangers and linen bags.

* All linens must be free of all food, flower petals, paper, candy, etc. Cleaning
fees will be implemented for excessive stains, and candle wax. If linens are
placed wet in plastic bags, they will mold immediately. Please do not place wet
linen in plastic bags.

forward to working with you!

*Rental insurance is available for 15% of the entire order total. Rental insurance
covers damage only, not loss.

* Orders that are picked up and returned by the client must be dropped off
according the schedule that is set prior to the event. Many times, the linens and
chair covers are laundered, pressed, and ready to deliver for the next weekend.
Late returns are subject to 10% per day fee.
